❗ The opening/closing mechanism will inevitably make noise. Music will play on the first press, but not on the second.

❗ The two sides may not flap in perfect sync.

❗ The battery for the opening/closing mechanism is rechargeable — you can recharge it yourself, and we’ll also charge it before shipping.

❗ The wings will be folded for packaging, which may cause creases. Once received, use a hairdryer and press gently to smooth them out.

❗ Handmade items cannot be 100% identical to the original. There may be visible handmade traces, but they won’t affect appearance from a social distance.

⭕️ Fully opened wings span about 1.4m–1.5m.

1. Processing Time

• 10–20 business days on average; some pre-orders may take up to 2 months

2. International Shipping

Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

3. Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example: An in-stock order shipped via Standard Shipping in normal season usually arrives in 13–25 business days.

4. Handmade & One-of-a-Kind

Every WakuWaku Lab creation is individually handmade and unique.
Minor variations or small imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged.
