Every cosplay wig and prop we create is handcrafted from scratch, going through multiple stages to ensure the final piece not only matches the character’s original design but is also comfortable for long wear. Below is our complete production process:

1. Consultation & Design Confirmation

The customer provides reference images, character details, measurements, and any special requests (color, styling, accessories, etc.). Based on this information, we confirm feasibility, provide a quotation and estimated production time, and offer suggestions if needed. This stage ensures both parties have the same expectations for the final result.

2. Material Preparation & Color Matching

We prepare all necessary materials such as wig caps, fibers, dyes, EVA foam, resin, metal parts, etc., and perform color matching or custom dyeing to ensure accuracy with the character’s original colors. Preparing materials in advance avoids production delays.

3. Base Structure & Initial Shaping

For wigs: trimming hair fibers, assembling wig caps, and pre-sectioning for styling.
For props: cutting materials, heat-shaping, and building the framework. This step ensures a stable structure and comfortable fit.

4. Detailed Styling & Finishing Touches

For wigs: braiding, curling, styling, and attaching accessories.
For props: surface sanding, engraving textures, and reinforcing structural parts. The focus here is to capture character details for a realistic and refined final look.

5. Coloring & Texture Work

Wigs may undergo special dyeing or gradient spraying. Props receive base coats, hand-painted shading, metallic finishes, or weathering effects to enhance depth and visual realism.

6. Final Assembly & Quality Check

All parts are securely assembled, and the piece is checked for stability, comfort, and completeness of details. Product photos may be taken for final confirmation before packaging.

7. Packaging & Shipping

The item is packed with protective, moisture-resistant materials, along with a care card and usage instructions, to ensure it arrives safely even after long-distance shipping.
