2. Custom Order Process

1. Submit Your Request

• Email or DM us your character name, reference images, measurements (e.g., head circumference), and special requirements (color, material, weight, etc.).

2. Quotation & Timeline

• We will review your request, provide a quote, and confirm the estimated production time.

Standard turnaround is 3–6 weeks, with longer timelines for complex or large projects.

3. Payment & Scheduling

• Full payment or a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.

• Please note: All custom orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Production Phase

• We handcraft your item according to your specifications, with progress photos available upon request.

5. Completion & Shipping

• Each item undergoes quality checks before being securely packaged and shipped.

6. Delivery & After-Sales

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any damage caused during shipping.
