1. No Returns/Exchanges
• Once a custom order is confirmed and enters production, cancellations, returns, or refunds for personal reasons (change of mind, event cancellation, character change, etc.) will not be accepted.
• If you cancel after production has started, deposits or full payments will not be refunded.
2. Measurement Responsibility
• Customers must provide accurate measurements (e.g., head circumference, accessory dimensions). Products that do not fit due to incorrect measurements are not considered defective.
• Alterations can be offered for an additional fee, plus shipping costs.
3. Design Changes
• Any new design requests or additional features during production will require a revised timeline and may incur extra charges.

3. Ready-to-Ship Items

• Color differences due to lighting or display screens
• Minor dents or creases from long-distance shipping that can be fixed with simple adjustments

• If confirmed as a quality issue, we will offer free repair, replacement, or partial refund.
• For returns for repair, customers must package items securely to prevent further damage.
