Standard processing takes 5–7 days before dispatch, unless a different schedule is stated on the product page or confirmed for your order. Commission and styled wigs are scheduled for production after your order is placed; your confirmed production schedule takes priority.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Shipping options and estimated transit times depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Customs clearance and local delivery may take extra time; contact us before ordering if you have an event deadline.

Measure your head circumference above your eyebrows and ears, and compare it with the fit stated for the selected wig. Fit can vary with the cap and structured styling. If no cap size is listed, or you are unsure, contact us before ordering. Do not assume one size fits every wearer.
After-Sales
For an order issue, send your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the wig and packaging. If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the box and protective materials for review. We will assess the issue and discuss the appropriate next step with you.

Minor touch-ups may be needed after unpacking. Lift the wig out gently and support structured sections. Do not brush through fixed styling, wash the wig, or apply heat without confirming the correct care method with us.
Every wig order includes a mannequin head and a rigid cake-style protective box with extra protective packing. Costumes and photo props are excluded unless specifically listed.
