Before You Apply
- We do not make exact copies of another wig artist's work.
- The date you provide must be the date you need the wig in hand.
- Shipping time is separate from production time.
- Final pricing depends on length, material, structure, complexity, accessories, and deadline.
- Rush work is accepted only when the schedule allows.

Important Commission Terms
- Your quote will state how long it remains valid.
- The deposit reserves production capacity and its refund terms will be stated in writing.
- Reasonable minor revisions can be discussed during approval.
- Major structural or color changes may require an additional fee and more time.
- Rush fees apply only when rush work is accepted.
- Delayed references, measurements, approvals, or payments can move the completion date.
- Convention dates do not automatically include shipping or customs time.
- Handmade pieces can show small variations from references and screen colors.
