Ready-to-ship orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days unless the product page states otherwise.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Available services, transit estimates, duties, and taxes depend on destination.

How do I request a quote?

Provide your character or original-character references, country, head circumference, desired construction, budget range, and convention or deadline.

Is a quote permanent?

No. Every quote includes an acceptance window. Pricing and availability may be reviewed after it expires.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits reserve production capacity and are normally non-refundable once accepted. Your written quote will state the applicable terms.

What changes are included?

Reasonable minor adjustments can be discussed during the approval stage. Structural redesigns, color changes, or other major revisions may require an additional fee and can extend the timeline.

Do deadlines include shipping?

No. Production and shipping are separate. Please disclose the date you need the wig in hand, not only the event date.

Handmade & Final Sale

Because wigs are handmade wearable items, completed and ready-to-ship pieces are generally final sale. Contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, with clear photos of the packaging and item.
